Not bad, but could be more on figure... Your normal characters, it works. Here, it needs substance. Do you draw people regularly? if not, DO IT!! EVERY DAY!!! At least `15 DRAWINGS!!! FULL COLOR!!! NOW!! SLAVE!! Actually, do practice though... Trace comics you enjoy the most, trace them out on paper, then try to reproduce what you traced on a separate peice of paper by hand... see how close you get. if you can't get close, keep trying. You'll get there...
But really ,not to bad. Nice to see the manga style... but man, I've seen alot of it in my day.
